JUVENILE COMPLAINT—CPS employee reports finding child in roadway of Bennett Schoolhouse Road. Child tells responding deputy and CPS staff their mother had left for Chillicothe “before dark.” Child removed from home by CPS after safety plan established. 7:21 p.m., Friday, Oct. 19.

THEFT—Dog reported stolen on Noel Lane. 7:34 p.m., Friday, Oct. 19.
