PORTSMOUTH- Scioto County Land Reutilization Corp., or the Land Bank, is accepting requests for demolition/cleanup of blighted buildings in Scioto County, both residential and commercial.

This is at no cost to the property owner and no lien will be placed on the property. The Land Bank will not need to own the property either. This is contingent upon review and approval by the Land Bank, receiving grant funding and taxes are paid up on the property.
