PORTSMOUTH- The Rotary Club of Portsmouth recently presented a $1,000 check to the Scioto County Public Library (previously Portsmouth Public Library) for its summer reading program that will begin in June and continue through the month of July 2023. The Rotary Club of Portsmouth is a strong advocate of literacy, and recognizes the importance of keeping kids reading over the summer months.
