Nauvoo United Methodist Church
We’re located at 1410 5th Street in West Portsmouth. Sunday morning worship begins at 11:00 AM with Pastor Pete Shaffer bringing the message in the church sanctuary. Wednesday Bible Study begins at 7:00 PM in the church Sanctuary. Community Lenten Services begin on Sunday, February 26th at 6:00 PM. The first service will be at Oldtown UMC with Rev. Ed Litteral bringing the message. The next service will be on March 5th at Haverhill UMC with Rev. Dennis Bell. Lunch Bunch will meet on Tuesday, March 7th at 1:30 PM. If you would like to carpool, we will leave the church parking lot at 1:00 PM. There is a sign-up sheet on the information table or call the number below and they will put you on the sheet. Central Church of Christ
You can find us at 1211 Grandview Avenue on Sunday morning at 10:30 a.m. for the Worship Service and Children’s Bible Study. Sunday evening at 5:30 p.m. for Student Circle (Grades 6-12). Wednesdays Bible Study is at 2 and 6 p.m. The Circle groups meet regularly and you are welcome to join one. Sunday, February 26th, immediately following the worship service will be Directory Picture Day and Luncheon. Bring your best smile and appetite. March 4th will be Clean-Up Day FOR5662.
