The man being sought by Ross County and Chillicothe authorities has been arrested. Ross County Sheriff George W. Lavender, Jr., and Chillicothe Police Chief Keith Washburn, along with the Missing Women’s Task Force said on Friday Ernest J. Moore, 36, turned himself into the Chillicothe Police Department Thursday shortly before 11 p.m..

Police said Moore was served a two count indictment for kidnapping and felonious assault. While the report does not specify as to the exact case, authorities said the indictment is the result of an ongoing investigation currently being conducted by the Chillicothe Police Department. He was held in the Ross County Jail and was expected to be arraigned later in the day Friday.
