Kiwanis New Boston Little League will hold sign-ups on Saturday March 19th, and 26th for the 2016 season. Sign-ups will be held at the New Boston Community Center, and will run from noon until 4:00 p.m., each day. The registration fee is $40.00, and $30.00 for a second child, as long as they reside in the same household. The Northwest Lady Mohawks Basketball team will be hosting a golf scramble Saturday, May 14, 2016, at the Shawnee State Park Golf Course. Each four-person team has a registration fee of $260.00, which includes entry, 18 holes of golf, cart, and lunch. A maximum of two mulligans will be allowed per team, for $20.00 a piece. Raffles, including split the pot, and Cincinnati Reds tickets will also be made available. Teams can pre-register by mailing a check, payable to Northwest Girls Basketball, to Northwest High School Attn: Krista Crabtree 914 Mohawk Drive, McDermott, Ohio 45652.
