Impairment is suspected in a Saturday morning crash that resulted in an injury. Michael Gregory, 54, of Waverly was transported to Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington, West Virginia, by MedFlight, following the wreck that occurred around 7:30 a.m.

The Portsmouth dispatch center of the Ohio State Highway Patrol received a report of an injury crash on Wakefield Mound Road in Pike County and troopers responded to the scene.

According to the report from the Chillicothe Post of the OSHP, A 2002 Honda Accord, driven by Gregory, was traveling south on Wakefield Mound Road.
