The Portsmouth Trojans overcame a 2-run deficit to beat Gallipolis 5-4 Friday night.
Ryan Williams was credited with the game-winning RBI and also picked up the victory, pitching the last three innings. Williams allowed three runs on five hits. He struck out five while issuing two free passes.
Williams finished the game going 1-for-2 at the plate with the aforementioned game-winning RBI.
Ty Oliver, Zach DeLotell, Reese Johnson and Mikey Potts also notched RBIs for the Trojans.

Andi Queen picked up the victory, only allowing one run. Queen also went 1-for-3 at the plate while scoring a run. Bailey Horsley went 2-for-3 with a run scored.
Eliza Gullett went 1-for-3 with a double. The Trojans scored three runs in the first inning and three more in the sixth.

Faith Howard picked up the victory, allowing four hits while striking out eight batters.
Offensively for the Pirates, Laiken Salyers went 2-for-4 with a double and an RBI. Michal Cunningham finished the game 1-for-2 with a triple while scoring two runs.
For Minford, Marry Pica went 1-for-3 with a double while Zoey Doll collected two hits in three plate appearances.
