Trojans lose by two, 48-46

The South Point Pointers took down the Portsmouth Trojans Friday night in South Point, Ohio. The Trojans lost by only two points, 48-46.

Portsmouth had two Trojans in double-digits Friday night.

Kendal Reynolds led Portsmouth with 19 points against South Point. He hit two three-pointers, and went 7-8 from the free throw line.

Kyre Allison finished with 13 points Friday night. All of his points came in the second half, as he was held scoreless in the first two quarters of the game.

Allison shot for 75% from the free throw line, sinking three of his four attempts.

The Pointers were led by Stephen Wagoner and Tanner Hall, who each scored 11 points on the Trojans.

Portsmouth will play again Monday and Tuesday in Ironton, for the Ironton Classic. The Ironton Classic is scheduled to start at 1:30 p.m. each day.
