In an effort to raise funds for its trip to nationals, the Scioto County Career and Technical Center is presenting its Eighth Annual SkillsUSA Golf Scramble on Saturday, May 20 at 3 p.m.
The scramble, which will be held at the Elks Country Club, features a Scioto Ribber Dinner, door prizes, an optional skins game, and additional prizes for longest drive, closest to pin, and longest putt. A $10,000 hole-in-one prize will also be offered.
The entry donation for the scramble, which will consist of a four-man team per entry — costs $240. The winning team — which will receive individual plaques in addition to a cash prize — will receive $500 for first place, while the runner-up will take home $200.
There will be a $100 per hole sponsor fee. All checks for each hole must be made payable to Scioto County CTC.
