The Ironton Lady Tigers went on the road Monday night to take on the Rock Hill Redmen, a game that ended with the Tigers defeating the Redmen 33-67.
Leading for Ironton and also leading all scorers was Sydney Webb. Webb scored 20 points throughout the game. Her points came from four-two pointers and four-three pointers. Webb came out with two big shots from behind the arc in the first quarter, helping Ironton to secure a huge win early on. Supporting Webb was Lexie Arden with 14 points and Alyssa Lewis with 13 points. Arden shot seven-twos and made two of two free throws. Lewis made four-twos and five of six free throws.
Maddie Scott led for Rock Hill with two-twos a quarter for a total of eight points.
Ironton is hoping for another win as they prepare to face Chesapeake Thursday night.
