The Portsmouth Trojans beat McKeel Academy, of Lakeland, Fla. 70-58 on Friday after going 2-1 in Florida and coming in fourth in the Kaylee Scholarship Association (KSA) Tourney in Orlando.
Portsmouth’s Kendal Reynolds led all scorers with 20 points as the Trojans beat McKeel Academy 70-58 in a game at Hp Field House.
Reynolds’ points came on two field goals, three-three pointers and 7 of 12 free throws during the game. Portsmouth also got 20 points from Mike Malone and nine points from Daniel Jordan.
McKeel Academy was led by Wyatt Watts’ 19 points and Marquan Brinson added 13. McKeel Academy fell to 0-1 overall while Portsmouth is now 4-2 for the season.
They will play again at South Point on Tuesday.
