FRANKLIN FURNACE — The New Boston Lady Tigers pulled out an aggressive 43-9 win against the Green Bobcats Thursday night on the road.
New Boston Head Coach Kayla Wiley said she knew what her Tigers were going to bring to the game.
“I expected us to come with high intensity,” the coach stated.
New Boston was led by Ali Hamilton with 19 points. Hamilton has been scoring in the double digits all season.
“Ali comes out every night playing hard,” Wiley commented. “Those are always her scores. She’s really one of our leaders on the court.”
Wiley added that in addition to scoring, Ali also leads as a well rounded player.
Following Hamilton was Mariah Buckley with 11 points throughout the game.
The Bobcats were led by Megan Johnson, who scored three points with a two point basket and a free throw. Scoring two points each were Kori Derifield, Aimee Labor and Logan Jones.

Meanwhile, New Boston will go on to play Piketon at home Monday.
“I think its going to be an aggressive game,” Wiley said looking forward.
