The Notre Dame Titans boy’s basketball team defeated the New Boston Tigers Friday night with a final score of 62-39. The Titans were led by several giants on the court.
“Trevon turner led us with 24, and Isiah Johnson followed him with 14 points,” Coach Garrick Anderson stated about his leading scorers.
This adds another win to Notre Dame’s impressive undefeated season. The team has really ran with momentum thus far.
“We executed our game plan well tonight and that was to pick up the tempo a little bit and to attack the rim. I thought we finished at the rim well. Ben Mader hit 2 3’s tonight along with grant sparks finishing at the basket. Sparks followed Turner and Johnson with 10 points,” Anderson stated. “Aaron Bazler and Sam Kayser just do the little things that make such a big difference in the game.”
New Boston’s next game will be Tuesday at West. Notre Dame will play again on Wednesday at South Webster against the Jeeps, who just defeated Minford Friday night.
