Hope E. Frazee, 35, of 910 Longview Ave., West Portsmouth, has been arrested and indicted on multiple charges for drug trafficking and possession, according to reports from Scioto County Sheriff Marty V. Donini and Portsmouth Police Chief Robert Ware.
Following a case, which was presented to the Scioto County Grand Jury by the Southern Ohio Drug Task Force and the Scioto County Prosecutor’s Office, Frazee was indicted on charges of aggravated trafficking of methamphetamine, a felony of the fourth degree, and aggravated possession of methamphetamine, a felony of the fourth degree. An arrest warrant was issued for Frazee’s arrest.
Authorities said Frazee was served the warrant in the Scioto County Jail on Aug. 8, 2016, after she was arrested during the early morning hours of Aug. 8, by the Portsmouth Police Department for an arrest warrant that had been issued by the Portsmouth Municipal Court for the criminal offense of Escape.
Currently, Frazee is being held in the Scioto County Jail while waiting to be arraigned in Scioto County Common Pleas Court. The Portsmouth Municipal Court Probation Department has also placed a hold on Frazee.
