Troopers stopped a 2003 GMC Envoy, with Ohio registration, for a marked lanes violation on U.S. 23 southbound in Scioto County at 9:10 p.m., on February 23. During interaction with the driver, troopers detected an odor of marijuana. A probable cause search of the vehicle revealed four grams of marijuana, six grams of crack, and 46 grams of heroin in the vehicle. The contraband has an approximate street value of $7,500. The driver, Stephen L. Green, 32, of South Point, Ohio was incarcerated in the Scioto County Jail and charged with possession of heroin, a second-degree felony and possession of crack cocaine, a fourth-degree felony.
