An ordinance amending section 175.07 (c) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Portsmouth, Ohio-Licensing; Insurance was passed for a third reading, while a resolution authorizing the City Manager to apply for and follow the grant guidelines for a Safe Routes School Grant through the Ohio Department of Transportation was adopted.
