Grand Jury issues indictments

Scioto County Prosecutor Shane A. Tieman, announced the September term of the Scioto County Grand Jury met on October 26 and returned 23 Public Indictments. The Defendants Indicted are charged as follows:

Zachary C. Hall, 36, New Boston: 2 counts of aggravated robbery, 2 counts of robbery.

Sabrina K. Disher, 22, Seaman: failure to appear.

Christopher S. Maggard, 42, Wheelersburg: failure to appear.

Clyde C. Ash, 49, New Boston: failure to appear.

Amber R. Beckwith, 35, Portsmouth: failure to appear.

Hope E. Brickey, 30, Portsmouth: failure to appear.

Kevin. Bertram, 31, Portsmouth: 2 counts of failure to appear.

Carl L. Christian, 35, Piketon: failure to appear.

James Charles Perkins, 37, Portsmouth: 2 counts of aggravated possession of drugs, possession of heroin, receiving stolen property, breaking and entering, petty theft, 3 counts of receiving stolen property, aggravated possession of drugs,

possession of heroin, possessing drug abuse instruments.

Taylor L. Mercer, 18, Sciotoville: burglary, trespass in a habitation.

Stephanie R. Evans, 36, Quincy,Ky.: endangering children.

Mack R. Blanton, 30, Piketon: 3 counts of theft, grand theft of a motor vehicle, 4 counts of receiving stolen property.

Kristian Rae Davis, 21, Lucasville: theft, theft from a person in a protected class, grand theft of a motor vehicle, domestic violence.

Amanda E. Hurley, 41, Kenton: aggravated possession of drugs.

Douglas S. Banks, 44, Lucasville: grand theft.

Clyde Ash, 48, New Boston: escape.

Jamie Evans, 68, Sciotoville: receiving stolen property.

James Gregory King, 44, Ripley, W.Va.: improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, having physical control of a vehicle while under the influence.

Jason L. Adkins, 42, Portsmouth: aggravated possession of drugs.

Russell E. Sowards, 41, Friendship: possession of heroin.

Brandon S. Cline, 40, New Boston: grand theft.
