Surveillance of vehicle theft suspect
The Portsmouth Police Department is seeking the assistance of the public in identifying an individual who stole a 2006
Chevy Silverado pickup from the American Legion parking lot at 950 Gallia St. The incident occurred at approximately
1:45 p.m., on Tuesday, April 25.
