13 indicted in Greenup Circuit Courts

According to records from the Greenup County Circuit Courts, 13 people were recently indicted — including 12 on drug-related charges, and one theft charge.

Greenup County Circuit Court officials said that each of the 13 indictments were direct indictments, meaning that each charged did not appear in District courts first, but each case was sent directly to Circuit court, and that for most of the cases criminal warrants were issued, and arrests have not yet been made at this time.

Court records for the individuals that received charges include the following:

Lewis T. Williamson, 34, Wurtland, first-degree drug trafficking. Lynley D. Janetzko, 32, Springboro, Ohio, second-degree drug trafficking, second-degree persistent felony offender. Joshua T. Brewer, 26, Flatwoods, first-degree drug trafficking. John F. Wright, 48, Bellefonte, first-degree drug trafficking, receiving stolen property, third-degree drug possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree persistent felony offender. Joshua T. Brewer, 26, Flatwoods, first-degree drug trafficking, trafficking in a simulated controlled substance. Mark M. Rhoden, 37, Flatwoods, second-degree drug trafficking. Joshua R. Taylor, Wurtland, first-degree drug trafficking. Lola M. Fannin,59, Flatwoods, first-degree drug trafficking. Zachary B. Bowe, 21, first-degree drug trafficking. Zachary A. Gilliam, 21, Greenup, first-degree drug trafficking, second-degree drug trafficking. Lisa D. Shields, 38, Argillite, first-degree drug trafficking. Billy R. Clark, 40, Grayson, first-degree drug trafficking, second-degree persistent felony offender. Tyler F. Angel, 26, Flatwoods, first-degree drug trafficking. Steven K. Bailey, 55, Ashland, theft by failure to make required disposition.
