Pumpkin Delight Recipe

Layer 1 – 1 cup of flour

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup chopped pecans

Mix together and press into a 9X13 pan.

Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes. Cool

Layer 2 – 1 cup powdered sugar

8 oz cream cheese

1 cup cool whip

Blend together and spread over the crust.

Layer 3 – 3 small White Chocolate

instant pudding

2 1/2 cups milk

15 oz can of pumpkin

1 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice

1 cup cool whip

Mix pudding and milk together for about

2 minutes (it will be very thick). Fold in pumpkin, spices and cool whip. Spread over 2nd layer. Refrigerate until set then top with more cool whip and chopped nuts.
