The Grant Oversight Committee will also meet at the Ohio Chamber at 9:30 a.m., Sept. 13.

Fire hydrant testing begins Sept. 1

The Portsmouth Fire Department will begin conducting fire hydrant testing in various areas of the city including Sciotoville Thursday, September 1st through Friday, September 30th during the hours of 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., excluding weekends.

FBP Supports Disaster Relief Initiatives

PORTSMOUTH—Fluor-BWXT (FBP) recently donated $1,000 to the Scioto Valley Chapter of the American Red Cross to help with disaster relief programs in Jackson, Pike, and Scioto counties. The American Red Cross responds to natural disasters by providing immediate assistance to the affected families.
