PORTSMOUTH- Shawnee State University’s Athletics Department has announced dates for their upcoming athletic summer camps for 2023. Camps are available for basketball, Esports, soccer, swimming, softball, and volleyball and age ranges include Pre-Kindergarten through grade 12.

Swimming

Swim Camp will be held Jun. 5-8 and Jun. 12-15 and is open to all ages. The cost to register is $150 for both weeks.

Softball

Softball Camps will be held Jun. 7 for ages 8-12 and Jun. 8 for ages 13-18. The camps will be held at Doc Singleton Park in West Portsmouth, Ohio. The cost to register is $65 per camper.

Men’s Basketball

Individual Camp will be held Jun. 12-15 for grades 5-12. The cost to register is $75 and campers will receive a basketball.

Elite Camp will be held Aug. 26 for grades 9-12. The cost to register is $25.

Soccer

Boys Junior High Soccer Camp will be held Jun. 14-16 for grades 6-8. The cost to register is $100 and campers will receive a shirt and certificate.

Boys High School Soccer Camp will be held Jun. 14-16 for grades 9-12. The cost to register is $100 and campers will receive a shirt and certificate.

Girls Junior High Soccer Camp will be held Jun. 14-16 for grades 6-8. The cost to register is $100 and campers will receive a shirt and certificate.

Girls High School Soccer Camp will be held Jun. 14-16 for grades 9-12. The cost to register is $100 and campers will receive a shirt and certificate.

Boys and Girls Youth Soccer Camp will be held Jun.21-23 for grades Pre-K through 5th grade. The cost to register is $150 and campers will receive a shirt and certificate.

Volleyball

Volleyball Skills Camp will be held in multiple sessions in June and July. For grades 3-6, there will be two opportunities to register for a camp for Jun. 19-20 or Jul. 17-18. For grades 6-8, there will be two opportunities to register for a camp for Jun. 21-22 and Jul. 19-20. The cost to register is $65 and campers will receive a shirt.

Women’s Basketball

Individual Camp will be held Jun. 17 for grades 4-12. The cost to register is $100 and campers will receive a shirt.

Team Camps will be held Jun. 24-25 and Jul. 15-16 for grades 4-12. The cost to register a team is $500.

Elite Camp will be held Jul. 29 for grades 4-12. The cost to register is $100 and campers will receive a shirt.

Esports

On-Campus Training Camp will be held the week of Jun. 26-30 for grades 9-12. The cost to register is $250 and campers will receive lunch daily, a shirt, and a water bottle.
