The East Tartans picked up a big SOC I win over the Glenwood Tigers, 83-69 in New Boston.
Akia Brown’s 32 points helped the Tartans pick up the win over the Tigers. Brown would pick up 12 of his 32 points from behind the arc, hitting four three-pointers in the win on the road.
Drew Lowe had a big night as well for East, scoring 21 points, including 15 points from the high rent district, sinking five threes in the game.
Scott Jenkins’ Tigers had four players reach double figures in the loss to East.
Kyle McQuithy scored a team high 20 points against the Tartans. His four three-pointers also led the team.
Drake Truitt led the finished with 14 point in the contest, while Cade Conley ended the night with 12 points.
Ethan Porter rounded out the four double figure Tigers, as he added 11 points to the Tiger cause.
The Tigers will travel to Clay on Tuesday evening. Tipoff is set for 7:00 p.m.
The East Tartans will host the Green Bobcats Tuesday evening. Tipoff is set for 7:30 p.m.
