In the final Saturday game of the Wendy’s Classic, the host school, Portsmouth Trojans dominated the Manchester Greyhounds 77-52. In front of a home crowd, and finalizing a great day of basketball action in the city, the Trojans, led by coach Gene Collins, never looked back after gaining an early lead.

Kyre Allison finished just behind Reynolds with 17 points against Manchester. Allison was perfect from the free throw line, and also hit a three-pointer of his own.

D.J. Eley had a good night as well, hitting three three-pointers, and finishing with nine points for the Trojans.

The Greyhounds had two players in double figures, Frost and Thornburg. Frost scored 18 points, while Thornburg finished with 11 points for Manchester.

The Trojans will remain inactive until January 5th, when they will host Chesapeake. Tipoff for that game has been scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
