Samejah Parker and Fayth Lee tallied 40 of the Trojans’ 63 points as Portsmouth picked up it’s first victory of the season over the Coal Grove Hornets Monday night.
The Trojans also received 11 points from Jasmine Eley. Wesleigh Jackson only scored eight points but she did hit both of the Trojan three pointers on the night.
Portsmouth played consistently on offense, scoring in double figures in every quarter.
The Trojans return home Thursday as Ironton St. Joseph comes to town.
