Sharon Boyle, 78
Sharon J. Boyle age 78 loving christian mother who was devoted to her husband and her children died Nov. 1, 2012, at Southern Ohio Medical Center. She was born Feb. 18, 1934, in Portsmouth, Ohio to the late Chester Arthur Skeens and Olive Pearl Plymale Skeens. She was a graduated of Portsmouth High School in 1952 and a former pre school teacher for Temple Tots. She was a member of Temple Baptist Church where she was very faithful, taught Sunday school and played piano.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd T. Boyle on Jan. 19, 1997. They were married May 22, 1954, in Portsmouth, Ohio. She is survived by three sons, Thomas R. (Peggy) Boyle, James A. (Renae) Boyle and David A. (Jackie) Boyle, one daughter, Jennifer A. (Terry) Stamper and nine grandchildren.
Besides her parents she was also preceded in death by a sister, Janice Ann LeMaster.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday, Nov. 5, 2012, at noon at the Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home with Pastor John Goudy and Pastor Jim Boyle officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Burial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home Monday from 11 a.m. until noon.
