Diana Dyer, 59

Diana Gail Dyer age 59 of Franklin Furnace died Friday, Sept. 14, 2012, as a result of a motorcycle accident. She was born Nov. 16, 1952, in Ashland, Ky. to Roy Sergent and the late Irene Thompson Sergent. She was a phelobotomist for Saint Mary’s Hospital.

She is survived by her husband, Mike Dyer who she married May 19, 1971, in Wheelersburg. Also surviving are two sons, Michael Dyer and David (Francie) Dyer, three daughters, Nikki (Rich) Emerson, Kim (Jeremy) Hall and Jessica (Dustin) Johnson, two brothers, Johnny Sergent and Keith Sergent and ten grandchildren, Corey, Warren, Allie, Aaron, Tyler, Adrian, Megan, Dawson, Nathan, Joseph and Rachael.

She was also preceded in death by a brother, Butch Sergent.

Friends may call at the Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home in Wheelersburg Tuesday from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. The family has requested in lieu of flowers that a donation may be made to your favorite charity in memory of Diana Dyer.
