Hazel Gracie Mabry Bivens, 93, of Piketon, died Thursday, May 24, 2012, at Pleasant Hill Manor. Born Oct. 10, 1918, in Greenup, Ky., she was the daughter of the late William Harlan and Amanda Boggs Mabry, she had worked at Williams Manufacturing, was a homemaker and attended Sand Hill Christian Baptist Church.
She is survived by two daughters, Gladys Coldiron of Lucasville, Phyllis (Richard) Duduit of Twin Valley; three grandchildren, Rhonda Lowe, Denise Stoffregen, Timothy Duduit; six great-grandchildren, Sara Lowe, Ryan Lowe, Kristyn Duduit, Tyler Duduit, Emma Stoffregen, Derek Coldiron, and one great-great-granddaughter, Aubrey Lowe.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one grandson, Wayne Coldiron; three brothers, William Mabry, Albert Mabry, Kay Mabry; five sisters, Clara Eggerton, Cora Lewis, Garnet Salyers, Herdlene Horsley, Mary Fultz, and a son-in-law, Harry Coldiron.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, May 25, 2012, at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford with Richard Duduit, Minister officiating.
