Helen (Matthews) Levi, 91

Helen (Matthews) Levi, age 91, of Westerville, Ohio passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2013. She was born, March 17, 1921, in Portsmouth, Ohio to the late John G. and Mizzie Matthews; also preceded in death by her husband, Harry V. Levi in 1991 and granddaughter, Jamie Levi along with nine siblings. Helen retired from Sears where she served in various positions for many years.

She was a lifetime member of Karl Road Baptist Church. She is survived by her children, Michael Levi (Kathy), Carolyn Levi Smith, Ronald Levi and Phyllis Levi; nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren; her brother, Carl Matthews and sister, Betty Wagner; along with many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Family will receive friends at SCHOEDINGER NORTH CHAPEL, 5554 Karl Road from 2-4 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013, with services immediately following at 4 p.m. A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 4, 2013, at Lucasville Cemetery in Sciot0 County; Pastors Bill Montgomery and Luke Ahrens officiating.
