Linda Gerlach, 70
Linda Louise Gerlach, 70, of Wheelersburg, died Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2013, at Concord Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born May 11, 1942, in Portsmouth, Ohio, a daughter of the late John and Lillie Eulett Allard and was a member of the Sciotoville Christian Church.
Linda is survived by a son, William James Gerlach II of Portsmouth; a daughter, Kristianna Powell of Wheelersburg; two sisters, Juanita Adams of Lucasville and Mary Selbee of Portsmouth; and three grandchildren, Eli Gerlach, Alyssa Gerlach and Ashleigh Powell. She was also preceded in death by three brothers, Eddie, Albert and John Allard; two sisters, Freda Dillow and Phyllis Johnston and a good friend Eileen Henry.
A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 19, 2013, at the Swick-Bussa-Chamberlin Funeral Home in Wheelersburg with Josh Book and Brian Enz officiating. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. on Friday and one hour prior to the service on Saturday at the funeral home. The family would like to thank the SOMC Rehab Unit, Concord Nursing and Rehabilitation Center and Hospice of Heartland for their care of Linda.
