Men’s Cross Country has Four Named Academic All-MSC

Four members of the Shawnee State men’s cross country have been named Academic All-MSC after the MSC banquet Saturday following their championship performance.

Brad Liston, Adam Schroeder, Tyler Conn and Joe Stewart each maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or higher to be eligible for the award. Student-athletes must also be in their sophomore season to be eligible. All four of these athletes were repeat winners from last season.

Liston, who is majoring in natural sciences, was also the MSC Runner of the Year. He is a three-time All-MSC performer athletically.

Schroeder, a math major, finished fourth in the race on Saturday to earn his third All-MSC honor. Stewart, an accounting major, ran a career best time to place to earn All-MSC honors.

Conn, a business major, placed 15th overall with his career best time.
