The festival is a weekend for artists and art lovers, dedicated to preserving and enhancing the culture of the tri-state area.
There is a $15 registration fee and you must be at least 18 to enter your artwork in the festival. You can enter up to four works, but they must be framed and ready to hang.
Sculptures are accepted, but photography and crafts are not. All entries must be suitable for family viewing and all artwork must be removed by 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 17.
Sale of works will be encouraged with no commission taken. Please be sure to price your work or mark it NFS (not for sale).
Registration starts at the Jesse Stuart Lodge on Friday, Feb. 16, from 4-7 p.m. with the event starting at 7:30 p.m., and Saturday, Feb. 17, from 9-11 a.m. with the event starting at 9:30 a.m.
Artwork can be entered in amateur or professional categories with awards given in each. There will also be artist demonstrations, live entertainment and door prizes at the event.
