Donna L. Mitchell, 54, of West Portsmouth, died Tuesday, April 20, 2010, at Hospice of Heartland. Donna was born Feb. 17, 1956, in Portsmouth, Ohio, to the late Leroy E. Truman Sr. and Gracie Crabtree Truman who survives.

She is also survived by her husband, Jeffrey Mitchell Sr., and one son, Jeffrey Mitchell Jr., both of West Portsmouth; one sister, Linda (Vernon) Tiedge of Stout; one brother, Leroy Truman Jr. of Portsmouth; mother-in-law, Maxene Mitchell; sister-in-law, Cindy Skaggs; and many nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be 1:30 p.m. Friday, April 23, 2010, at Scioto Burial Park, with Rick Phillips officiating. Friends may gather starting at 12:30 p.m. Arrangements under the direction of the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth.
