Born March 14, 1921, in Portsmouth, she was a daughter of the late William Bradley and Sarah Ann King Bradley and was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Also preceding Naomi in death were her husband, Don Kelley; a brother, Jack Bradley; and sisters, Mary Johnson, Edith Howell and Doris Roberts.
Surviving are a son, Mark (Terry) Kelley of Wheelersburg; a daughter, Gretchen Madden of Wheelersburg; and grandchildren, Eric Madden, Brandee (Dwayne) Franklin, Todd Kelley and Adam Kelley.
A funeral service will be 1 p.m. on Tuesday at the Brant Funeral Home Portsmouth, with Scott Literal officiating. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at Brant’s in Portsmouth from 4 to 8 p.m. on Monday.
