Mrs. Betty Mae Allen Seymour, 52, of Sciotoville, Ohio, died Saturday, Jan. 9, 2010, in Kings Daughter Medical Center in Ashland, Ky. She was a former resident of South Shore, Ky.

She was born in Portsmouth, Ohio, March 9, 1957, a daughter of Floyd Allen and Jean Allen of Wheelersburg, Ohio, and Lena Erwin Dillon of Chillicothe, Ohio.

Surviving are six daughters, Amanda Poling of Friendship, Ohio, Victoria (C.W.) Logan, Mary Kay Poling and Emily Poling, all of Sciotoville, Ohio, Maggie Seymour of South Webster, Ohio, and Donna Seymour of New Boston, Ohio; two brothers, Fred Allen of Maloneton, Ky., and Joe Allen of Greenfield, Ohio; one sister, Cathy Spradlin of Wheelersburg, Ohio; and three grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Jimmy Allen.

Memorial services will be at the convenience of the family under the direction of the Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, Ky.
