He was born Dec. 19, 1960, at Portsmouth, the son of the late Ira and Susan Traylor Colley.
Surviving are a longtime companion, Debbie Foster; six brothers, Kenny Colley, Danny Colley, Pete Colley, Jeff Colley, Bill Colley, and Mark Colley, all of Portsmouth; and two sisters, Diane Porter of Wheelersburg and Pam Colley of Portsmouth.
He was also preceded in death by one brother, David Colley; and one sister, Vicki Colley.
Funeral services will be noon Thursday, Dec. 31, 2009, at Melcher Funeral Home in Portsmouth, with the Rev. Jim Mingus officiating. Friends may call at Melcher Funeral Home from 10 a.m. to noon Thursday. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
