Tabitha was born July 16, 1979, in Portsmouth, to David Hurley and Sandra Cade. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Richard and Rosalee Tackett Cade.
Tabitha leaves behind her loving husband, John Bellomy; five children; two brothers; two sisters; and many aunts, uncles and cousins who all loved her very much.
A memorial service will be held 1 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 13, 2009, at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth, and interment in McKendree Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home beginning at noon on Sunday.
