Peggy M. Horner, 59, of Oak Hill, died Tuesday, Dec. 8, 2009, at SOMC Hospice Center in Portsmouth.

She was born July 25, 1950, in Jackson, Ohio, a daughter of the late Max A. Keller and Mary Ann Woods Keller.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, David Horner; two daughters, Terry Lee Horner and Denise Lynn Horner, and three brothers, Robert Keller, Jesse Keller and Melvin Keller.

She is survived by her daughter, Windy Kuhn of Oak Hill; her three grandchildren, Dancy Kuhn, Emily Kuhn and David Kuhn; one brother, James Keller of Jackson, and two sisters, Helen Hicks of Portsmouth and Patsy Cook of South Webster

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 12, 2009, at the Christ United Methodist Church in South Webster with James Keller officiating and interment in South Webster Cemetery.

Friends may call after 4 p.m. on Friday at the D. W. Davis Funeral Home in South Webster and for one hour prior to the service at the church.
