Linda Kay Nickells, 62, of Franklin Furnace, went to be with the Lord Monday, Nov. 16, 2009, at Southern Ohio Medical Center.

She was born Feb. 3, 1947, in Portsmouth, a daughter of the late Elihue and Mary Frances Ross Blevins.

She is survived by two sons, Fred McCallister and Brian (Stacy) McCallister; one daughter, Angela Lynn Fitzpatrick; three grandchildren, Kayla McCallister, Kevin McCallister and Dave Fitzpatrick; one brother, Roger D. Blevins; and Teddy Shuff, her companion of 17 years.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Don Blevins.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 19, 2009, at Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home in Wheelersburg, with Pastor Delbert Jordan officiating. Burial will be at Memorial Burial Park in Wheelersburg. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and one hour before the service on Thursday.
