Southern Ohio Medical Center will host Scraptasia, an all-day scrapbooking event, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Aug. 29 at the Friends Community Center, 1202 18th St.
The event is open to community members and will provide access to various vendors, pre-designed scrapbooking ideas and designated craft areas. Prize drawings also will be held and food and beverages will be available for purchase.
Cost of the program is $50 per person and participants may come and go from the event as they please. Those who wish to begin scrapbooking at 8 a.m. may do so for an extra fee of $10. All proceeds collected will benefit projects at Southern Ohio Medical Center.
