On the heels of the arrest of Chadwick Gary on burglary charges, Scioto County Sheriff’s detectives have made a second arrest in that case.

Scioto County Sheriff Marty V. Donini said his office was investigating a burglary which occurred on May 13, 2013 located at 1142 Kinker Drive Wheelersburg. During that investigation Gary was arrested and charged with the burglary.

Donini said detectives were able to locate the second suspect as he was pulling out of Kinker Drive on Tuesday. Detectives detained the suspect for questioning which resulted in an arrest.

Taken into custody was Erik Binion, 32, of Dold Road in Wheelersburg. Binion was charged with receiving stolen property, a fifth degree felony and failure to report a crime, which is a fourth degree misdemeanor.
