Conkey leads Falcons to 5-2 win over Ironladies

Kelsey Conkey improved her record to 10-1 with a dominating performance as Minford took a 5-2 win at Jackson.


Conkey pitched seven innings of two-run softball, striking out 13 batters and allowing two walks. She also had two home runs and five runs batted in to lead the offensive charge.


The Falcons will be back in action Wednesday when South Webster comes to town.
