PORTSMOUTH — Richard Freeland Roe, age 83, of Portsmouth, Ohio, passed away Friday, March 8, 2013, at the Hillview Retirement Center in Portsmouth, Ohio. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Monday, March 11, 2013, at the Grandview Church located on Hay Hollow Rd. with Pastor Gary Shonkwiler officiating. Burial will follow in the Grandview Cemetery. Visitation is from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday March 10, 2013, at the Cox Burkitt Funeral Home in Beaver, Ohio.
