A career-high 18 points from Sammie Marting lifted No. 1 Notre Dame to its third Division IV Southeast Sectional Championship in as many years under coach JD McKenzie as the Titans defeated No. 9 Whiteoak 74-58 at Northwest High School.

Jen Arnzen added 15 points, 17 rebounds and six assists while Raigan Sammons chipped in with 10 points and seven rebounds in the victory. Notre Dame will take on the winner of the No. 5 South Webster-No. 4 Eastern contest in a Feb. 23 Division IV Southeast District Semifinal at Jackson High School.

Tipoff is slated for noon.

Four players were in double figures Thursday night for host Harvest Christian in a 77-33 win over Pike (OH) Christian.

Becky Baumgardner paced the Warriors with a game-high 26 points while Mary McCoy added 14. Cassie Shumaker and Regan Osborn each finished with 10 and finally Olivia Phipps grabbed 14 rebounds in the win.

Harvest Christian will go to Adams County (OH) Christian Friday night.
