Monty Hughes, 52
Monty J. Hughes, 52, of Wheelersburg, formerly of Sciotoville, died Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2013, as the result of an automobile accident. He was born Nov. 17, 1960 in Portsmouth, a son of the late Ulmont “Monty” and Helen Artis Hughes. He is survived by a brother, Jeff Hughes of Portsmouth; a sister, JoLinda Lyon of Wadsworth and several cousins, neices and nephews. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Bobby Joe Hughes.
