Rosemary Martin

Rosemary Schroeder Martin, of Hillsboro, formerly of Portsmouth, died Monday, Nov. 26, 2012, at Hillsboro. She was born Jan. 2, 1921, in Portsmouth; the daughter of the late Thomas and Matilda Walters Rayburn. She was a former employee of Selby Shoe Company and Williams Manufacturing.

She was preceded in death by her husband Raymond Martin; two sisters Dorothy Aeh and Nora Austin, and a brother William Rayburn.

Surviving are one son Raymond (Whyoma) Martin of Hillsboro, one daughter Anita Louise Frazier of South Lebanon, Ohio, eight grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, three nieces and a nephew.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are under the direction of Melcher Funeral Home.
