Wanda Nickell, 74

Wanda L. (Pyle) Nickell, 74, of Bradenton, Fla., was called home to her Savior on Monday, Nov. 12, 2012, after a long illness. She was born March 5, 1938, in Portsmouth, to the late Clyde and Eunice (Barney) Pyle.

Wanda is survived by a son, Michael Nickell (Ruth) of East Granby, Conn.; two daughters, Terri Kalb (Steve) of Bradenton, Fla.,and Jill Albrecht (Joe) of Portsmouth. She is also survived by one brother, David (Bug) Pyle of Vero Beach, Fla., and three sisters, Betty Flannery and Doris Waring, both of Vero Beach, Fla., and Judy Church of Portsmouth. Also surviving are seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Wanda is preceded in death by her son Todd, and grandson Joshua.

A celebration of life will be held Saturday, Nov. 17, 2012, at 1 p.m. in Bradenton at Christ United Methodist Church.
