Casey Newman, 27

Casey Nicholos Newman, 27 of Black Hollow Rd. Peebles, Ohio died Saturday, Nov. 3, 2012, at the Southern Ohio Medical Center, Portsmouth, Ohio as the result of an auto accident. He was born on Jan. 21, 1985, in West Union, Ohio and is the son of Leo Wayne and Wanda May Williams Newman of Otway.

He was united in marriage on May 1, 2004, to Jennifer Dawn Shoemaker Newman who survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Hailey Nichole Newman at home, four brothers: Leo Wayne Newman, Jr. of Beaver, Ohio, Terry Newman of West Union, Ohio, Mike Newman of Otway, and Brian Newman of South Shore, Ky., and one sister, Tammy Groves of Rarden. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Leo and Dorothy Newman, and Lafe and Ruby Williams.

He was a self employed laborer and a 2003 graduate of Northwest High School.

Calling hours will not be observed and services will be at the convenience of the family.
