Michael and Beverly Shaw of Portsmouth, the parents of Cathleen Shaw, are proud to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter to Raymond Franklin of Forty Wayne, Ind. Raymond is the son of Henry and Pamela Franklin, of Powder Springs, Ga.
Cathleen is a graduate of Shawnee State University, and is employed with Portsmouth Metropolitan Housing Authority. Raymond is a graduate of Kapplan University, and is employed with Norfolk Southern. Cathleen and Raymond will be united in marriage Sept. 28, 2012, at 6:30 p.m. at the Scioto County Welcome Center.
